Characteristics: This one component water-based paint has strong adhesion, water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt resistance and ethanol tolerance. It can be diluted with purified water, which is economical and environmental. The paint film is formed after baking at high temperature. Simple operation and quick drying. After drying, the paint film peels easily with no residue.

Colors: 1) Solid colors: White, black, red, yellow, blue, green, purple, rose red, golden, silver, sanding, etc.

       2)Transparent colors: Bright red, peach red, lemon yellow, medium yellow, azure, dark blue, green, black, brown,

chocolate brown, white and bright paint etc..

It can be mixed into any customized color. 

Operation method: Diluted with purified water; curtain coating, brush coating or spraying.

       Scope of application: Often used for glass/metal shielding protection in the manufacture process; glass artware (wine bottles, glassware, glass lighting, hot-melt glass, etc.) coloring or metal (aluminum, tinplate, etc.) coloring with high demands for strong adhesion, water resistance and ethanol tolerance. 

Drying conditions: Baking at 150-180℃ for 10-40 min.

Physical and chemical indicators:

① No discoloration, shedding or fading after soaking in 5% sulfuric acid (H2SO4) for 48h;

② No discoloration, shedding or fading after soaking in 5% sodium hydroxide (NaOH) for 48h ;

③ No discoloration, shedding or fading after the 88-hour salt spray test;

④ No discoloration, shedding or fading in boiling water for 1h.
